AIM Aspire mentoring programme

New mentoring programme exclusively for AIM members. Advice, guidance and support to help you and your museum.

“An extremely empowering idea… I really valued our conversations and the reassurance provided”

“really helpful and reassuring too…can’t praise her highly enough”

AIM has provided mentoring opportunities to our grant recipients for several years. This opportunity has been universally well received. We were told “Please continue to offer mentors to museums”

How does it work?

We are now offering 10 one to one mentoring opportunities.

Provided by our experienced roster of consultants, this programme of support and development is open to anyone working in an organisation that is a member of AIM or individual AIM members. You will receive four 1 – 1 ½ hour one to one mentoring sessions with one of our consultants. The mentoring support is free, exclusively for AIM members.
