What makes a prospering museum? How can you use the AIM Hallmarks to inspire new ideas and help you to face the future with confidence?
AIM invites you to attend one of three special events this winter called ‘Preparing to Prosper’.
They will:
At each event, our key note speaker will be Moira Sinclair, Chief Executive of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. Moira will share insights from organisations she has worked with and supported and will be sharing her ideas for success.
A different group of museum colleagues will explore their experience with the AIM Hallmarks in each of the venues and we will be launching a new set of exciting resources to help you use the Hallmarks to review your organisation and shape your future plans.
These events are for anyone who takes strategic decisions about the future of their museum. You are welcome to join us whether you are a trustee, manager or volunteer.
With time for networking and discussion plus refreshments, the ‘Preparing to Prosper’ events are a special opportunity to share ideas – as well as to meet like-minded colleagues and AIM Council and staff.
We are running events in three different venues to enable as many of our members as possible to attend. Full details of all speakers and venues will be added here as they are confirmed.
