Benchmark Your Museum’s Financial Performance For Free

fc

AIM members can now discover how their financial processes shape up – for free – by using a benchmarking tool called Finance Count.

You need to be signed up for your free membership of Charity Finance Group to use the tool which will help you understand and evaluate your museum’s financial performance.

It’s a bespoke service, and you select which museums and charities you’d like to benchmark against. You will receive a unique scorecard, as well as a report which takes a deep dive into the sector-wide findings.

Finance Count will help you plan, by providing you with a clear picture on exactly how your museum compares to others.

The database will be open to you for 18 months, giving you time to review the results. You will be given a one on one call with analyst experts who help you to interpret the data and create your strategy.

Not only that, you will be invited to specialist workshops and training to explore how you can turn the insight into actionable plans, improve your financial management, and save money.

Finance Count registration closes on 30 September so sign up early to secure your place.

“When I put a proposed structure to the trustees it was portrayed with supporting evidence and sensible benchmarks, all clearly documented – a proposal which I expected to be vigorously challenged became a straightforward conversation where everyone was comfortable in the approach and conclusions.” – David Hawes, Finance and Infrastructure Director, Devon Air Ambulance.
