Have you got a success story to share? Share your expertise, help your colleagues and raise your profile by contributing to our popular Success Guide series.

Commissioned by AIM and written by experienced professionals, AIM’s Success Guides provide the latest expert guidance on key areas of museum practice.

AIM Success Guides are particularly useful for museums that don’t have specialist staff and for new museums. What’s more, our research tells us the Guides are consistently one of the most popular and highly rated areas of the AIM website, raising the profile of their authors.

We’re currently in the process of updating and reviewing our Success Guides and are looking for contributors and authors. So, if you have a case study to share or are interested in contributing, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have experience of:

  • Understanding audiences and audience research
  • Developing your audience through new programming, activities and events
  • Marketing and selling your museum
  • Managing a fantastic visitor experience
  • Maximising income from your venue. This could be through corporate hire, filming, weddings, holiday lets or whatever has worked for you

Contact margaret@aim-museums.co.uk for further details on how to get involved by 1 November.
