PROPOSED NEW ARTICLES – EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 10 DECEMBER 2020
One of AIM’s driving principles is the promotion of good governance. To this end AIM has undertaken a complete review of its governing documents, many written in the 1970s, to bring them up to date for the 21st century.
AIM members are invited to read and consider the proposed new Articles and associated documents detailed below and to join us at a Zoom Extraordinary General meeting on 10th December 2020 at 2pm to make the changes that are then agreed. If you cannot attend, please make use of the Proxy below.

AIM is the members’ company and we need your views. The Board consider that the New Articles are the best mechanism for the running of AIM in the future but all views are welcome and invited.
