The third session will cover: The importance of Performance Management, the effects of poor performance, what is performance management? How to keep performance on track, what to do if performance isn’t on track, difficult and common scenarios which can make Performance Management difficult.

21 November – Mental health and neurodiversity awareness: 

The final session will cover: Benefits of proactive management, warning signs, being available, being prepared, the importance of the first discussion, next steps, legal duty, work design, reasonable adjustments.

Each session will run from 9.30am – 11am and they are all taking place online.

One session: £125+VAT pp, all five sessions: £500+VAT pp. Discounts are available for multiple bookings.
