We will talk about technology to ensure stock levels and customers are synchronised and how you can facilitate “click and collect” as well as provide common information to finance, Membership and CRM systems.

Although the session focuses on technology, it is a business-based discussion and is suitable for anyone who works in or takes responsibility for retail within your museum.
