Job vacancy – Project Officer at Kiplin Hall and Gardens
Kiplin is seeking someone to help us to make the most of our recently secured new collection. The Annie Marchant Kitchen and Dairy Collection is a social history collection and primarily consists of objects relating to kitchen’s and dairies. Most are Victorian but there are some older and some later.
The main objective for this post is to help us to accession the collection, research it, develop a temporary display for some of the objects, help plan the longer-term display and interpretation, and prepare learning and marketing resources to support the collection. You will have a budget to enable you to undertake this project. In undertaking the role, you will have the support of our Curator, Warden and Marketing and Communication Officer.

Dates: Eighteen months from start

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours of work: Full time (40 Per week) occasional weekend and evening work may be required
