National Fund for Acquisitions Special Funding Scheme

The National Fund for Acquisitions, administered by National Museums Scotland with Scottish Government funding, supports museums across Scotland to acquire objects for their collections. The normal funding stream offers grants of up to 50% of purchase price while the Special Funding Scheme considers requests for up to 100% from applicants who are struggling to raise match funding from their own or other funding sources. Contact [email protected] if you would like to discuss a potential acquisition from either fund.
