Rebuilding Heritage – last chance to apply for support
Free specialist support, training and events for the heritage sector
The Rebuilding Heritage programme provides free support and resources for the heritage sector through a programme of open webinars and tailored consultancy and training. We are open to all working in heritage and can provide assistance to organisations (including voluntary or informal groups) and to individuals, for example: sole traders/freelancers and those running a limited business.
Our support is:
- quick and easy to access – most forms of support only require a time commitment of a matter of hours
- tailored and relevant – programme participants access support on a 121 or small group basis to ensure that the advice they receive is bespoke
- easy to implement – the programme consultants work with participants on tangible outcomes, developing plans and strategies, that can be directly put into action

Webinars and Resources
Free webinars covering a range of topics and providing practical tips and tools.
- People-led: Internal Communications – Monday 19 July, 11am – 12.30pm
Media Trust presents a webinar to help you to improve your internal communications and bring your organisation together as one. - Needs-led: Fundraising for sustainability – Thursday 22 July, 10am – 11.30am
The Chartered Institute of Fundraising presents a webinar to help heritage organisations avoid mission drift when fundraising. - Values-led: Leadership for change – Thursday 29 July, 2pm – 3.30pm
Clore Leadership presents a panel discussion providing experiences and insights on leading in times of change. - Digital is not the answer – Monday 26 July, 3pm – 4.30pm
Media Trust presents a webinar to explore how the heritage sector can reconnect on the ground, engaging non-digital audiences.

Consultancy and Training
Free 121 consultancy and group training to provide tailored advice and solutions.
The deadline for applications is 11pm, Tuesday 27 July 2021.
Application to the programme are made through an online questionnaire – accessible at the link below – which should take around 30 minutes to complete. Applicants can apply for one, some or all of the support on offer, details of the support offers are included below. The Rebuilding Heritage team will use the application questionnaire to assess support needs and match organisations and individuals to the right type of support.

Successful applicants will be contacted within a week of the application deadline, support sessions will take place remotely (via video call or phone call).
