Commercial activity has never been so important to the health and prospects of cultural organisations, and this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of commerce and enterprise within this hugely important sector. Whilst experience in a cultural organisation is advantageous, it is not explicitly required. We value commercial experience and innovative thinking across a range of skill sets. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with specialist skills/knowledge in the fields of sustainability, finance, education and training and delivering large scale events. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels, and prior board experience is not required – what matters most is your passion for cultural enterprise, your enthusiasm for the sector, and willingness to be an active contributor.
