Trustees at Eyam Museum play an active role in the development and oversight of the Museum’s activities, working closely with our employees – the Museum Manager, Curator and Retail Manager.
We are looking for new trustees who can bolster our resources to support this work, as well as replacing recent or impending retirements from the Board.
We are particularly interested in people who have experience in our sector and skills in any of the following areas –
- Financial Management and Accounting (with a view to taking over the role of Treasurer within the next 12 months)
- Marketing, Social Media and PR
- Hands-on museum sector experience
Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: 6 bi-monthly face to face meetings, with zoom meetings every other month
Daytime or evening meetings: Evening
