Trustee vacancy – Chair – Bridport Museum Trust

Bridport Museum is looking for a new Chair of Trustees to lead our vibrant local museum. Over the last few years, the Museum has been through a major change programme, including changes to the organisation’s governance and management, an innovative community-focused collections review, and through the challenges of the pandemic.

We are seeking an inspirational individual with experience and dedication to take the Museum forward as its settles into its new phase, continuing to develop creative collections, exhibition and interpretation strategies and looking to update its collection storage facilities.

Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: 4 board meetings plus monthly sub-committee meetings

Daytime or evening meetings: A combination of daytime and evening meetings, some in person and some online.
