Trustee vacancy – The Story Museum

The Story Museum in Oxford is recruiting the following new trustees:

• Trustee – Museums and Heritage: The Story Museum is seeking a trustee who will bring current and/or extensive experience of working in the museums and heritage sector, along with personal networks and authority in the field and an interest and enthusiasm for children’s stories and the aims and values of The Story Museum.
• Trustee – Publishing: The Story Museum is seeking a trustee who will bring current and/or extensive experience of working in the publishing industry, along with personal networks and authority in the field and an interest and enthusiasm for children’s stories and the aims and values of The Story Museum.
• Trustee – Creative, Producing and Venues: The Story Museum is seeking a trustee who will bring current and/or extensive experience of working in creative producing and venues, along with personal networks and authority in the field and an interest and enthusiasm for children’s stories and the aims and values of The Story Museum.
• Trustee – Teaching and Education: The Story Museum is seeking a trustee who will bring current and/or extensive experience of the education sector, along with personal networks and authority in the field and an interest and enthusiasm for children’s stories and the aims and values of The Story Museum.

Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: 6-12 days per year

Daytime or evening meetings: Evening usually
