Commercial & Operations Manager – The Lord Leycester

Are you passionate about history and tourism? The Lord Leycester Hospital is looking for a dynamic Commercial and Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. You’ll coordinate daily operations, enhance the visitor experience, and ensure our financial success as a heritage site.

You will have worked within a commercially focussed role in a similar public facing industry. 

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• To grow our visitor numbers and revenue from admissions, café, and shop.
• Develop our commercial opportunities, including weddings and events.
• To oversee visitor services, staff, and volunteers.
• To manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with food safety and licensing.
