Community Centre Manager – Brixton Windmill
Salary: £29,500
Hours: 25 hours per week/4 days per week
Term: Initial one year contact to be reviewed after twelve months
Location: Brixton Windmill, Blenheim Gardens, Brixton, London, SW2 5DA

The organisation is at a key transition point. Its architect-designed new community space, the Brixton Windmill Centre, is finally open post lockdown and the Windmill has re-opened for venue hire, education workshops, community engagement, tours and visitors.
The Community Centre Manager will use their excellent interpersonal skills to build close and productive working relationships with colleagues, volunteers, trustees, members, businesses and local community stakeholders in order to methodically implement our business plan. Performing such tasks as to ensure the smooth management and running of Brixton Windmill Centre and its activities.
As a community-based organisation, we are keen that the FoWG Board reflects the local community and we therefore welcome applications from a diverse pool of candidates.
