We are seeking a key member of the Learning & Participation team to lead community engagement at the Roman Baths and World Heritage Centre.  You will engage with the local community by organising events and activities at the Roman Baths Clore Learning Centre, World Heritage Centre in Bath and in partner settings.

The successful candidate will consult with the Roman Baths and World Heritage team, internal and external partners and community groups to develop programming responsive to their needs.  You will establish a community engagement plan and lead in the delivery of community engagement programmes including young people’s groups and support and provide training to staff and volunteers.
