This position is responsible for managing and maximising revenue and profit from weddings, banquets and conferences and delivering the budget. To act as an ambassador for Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust. To identify opportunities to grow our commercial catering business.
Full-time, Permanent (36.5hrs p/w incl weekends and evenings)
