Bletchley Park is a vibrant heritage attraction, open daily to visitors, revealing the secrets and telling fascinating stories of the secret British World War Two codebreaking operations. The mission of the Bletchley Park Trust is to attract, engage and educate people from all over the world in order to inspire them with Bletchley Park’s crucial role in World War Two.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Development Manager to join our development team.

Reporting to the Director of Development you will help embed and grow a revitalised corporate partnership programme, supporting with the cultivation and stewardship of major corporate sponsors, and promoting Bletchley Park as a unique and exciting proposition.

Demonstratable experience of identifying, securing and managing a portfolio of corporate partners and sponsors is essential for this position, as you will work to build strong working relationships with current and potential corporate partners. You will support corporate and development events as required.

You will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who is confident negotiating and networking with others. In addition, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using fundraising software, i.e., Raisers Edge, would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 5.00pm with ½ hour lunch break, with flexibility to support with events out of hours, as needed.

In return, you will receive a salary of circa £36,000 per annum depending on experience, along with a company pension scheme, BUPA wellbeing cash plan and 33 days holiday per annum, inclusive of statutory holidays.
