The National Motor Museum Trust (NMMT) is a charitable organisation dedicated to engaging and inspiring people with the story of motoring through world class collections.

Since 2006, the Caravan and Motorhome Club Collection has been hosted at the Museum, complementing the leisure motoring holdings of the NMMT. Dating from the 1880s to present day, this vibrant collection includes objects, photographs, film and audio items reflecting the social history of Europe’s largest touring organisation and the wider leisure caravan and motorhome industry. The Club is also the custodian of the World’s first purpose-built leisure touring caravan ‘The Wanderer’, and the caravan of the late HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh.

As Curator of the Caravan & Motorhome Club collection you will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the CAMC Collection and its aim to achieve the mission:

The Curator will deliver appropriate professional standards of collections management across the CAMC Collection and increase public access to it, in line with the objectives of the Collection’s Forward Plan.
