Petersfield Museum is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Curator to join our small team at an exciting point in our story, following the completion of our ambitious NLHF supported project, which has transformed the Museum’s buildings, galleries, exhibitions and engagement programmes.
This role requires someone exceptional who will be responsible for the management of our collections and who will develop ambitious plans for the Museum, to further broaden our appeal to every part of the community, by means of increased accessibility and innovative methods of interpretation.
The successful candidate will also build upon existing plans to create and manage an outstanding and unique exhibitions programme for the Museum.
The new Curator will actively contribute to the development and delivery of key aspects of our exciting plans for the newly transformed Petersfield Museum, a creative and community hub in the heart of the market town of Petersfield, set within the natural beauty of the South Downs National Park.
