Our current Director is stepping down after the completion of the statutory audit this year, this exceptional opportunity has arisen to join our small, dynamic team of committed staff, volunteers and board members.

You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we invest more heavily in our fundraising, digital and marketing capabilities alongside progressing ambitious plans for the future – with phase 1 of a major transformation project just successfully completed and due to open later this summer (featuring the highly popular Gaia artwork at the brand new Discovery Dome) and with additional funding already secured for further phases of transformation of Discovery Point and with the top priorities of securing the long term future of RRS Discovery, improving the energy efficiency of both our sites, achieving the top possible Green Tourism awards, driving more tourist traffic to Verdant Works and transforming the Blackness area .
