Engagement Coordinators – London Museum of Water & Steam

Are you passionate about creating a fun and engaging Museum for everyone?
We are looking for two Engagement Coordinators to join our small team. They will work together to ensure the Museum is a welcoming, fun and friendly place for all our visitors, both in person and on our social media and website.
The Engagement Coordinator (Learning and Families) will also be key in ensuring the Museum continues to provide an engaging and unforgettable learning programme. This is a part-time maternity cover for 12 months, or when the post holder returns if sooner.
The Engagement Coordinator (Community and Families) will also be key in engaging with our local community in Brentford and working with our community partners. This is a part-time, permanent role.

We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic and energetic, with outstanding communication skills and a willingness to try new ideas and create possibilities.

Salary: £14,400 actual salary (£24,000 full time equivalent)
The successful candidate will be engaged as an employee and receive a pension contribution, holiday pay and other benefits.
Both roles are part-time posts of 21 hours a week, Wednesday to Friday. The role will include some irregular weekend work. We support hybrid working, but the expectation is most of these roles will be on-site.
The Engagement Coordinator (Learning and Families) role is a maternity cover for up to 12 months, or until the post-holder returns if sooner. The Engagement Coordinator (Community and Families) role is permanent.
