Engagement & Partnerships Officer – Cornwall Museums Partnership
Salary: £26,500
Hours: Full time (though would consider 30 hours per week)

Cornwall Museums Partnership is an independent charitable incorporated organisation, formed in 2015 to provide leadership for Cornwall’s museums; to support, represent and provide a voice. Our purpose is to create positive social change with museums. We believe in the power of museums to transform society, due to their unique position in our communities.
Passionate about the role of heritage and culture to communities, you will share our charity’s values of inclusion, integrity, innovation, and collaboration and will be responsible for:
- Delivering activity and co-ordinating partnerships in some key contracts and projects for CMP
- Support peer learning for the workforce of the museums and heritage sector
- Embedding a networked approach in developing solutions to address challenges and opportunities for museums and heritage organisations
- Enabling and activating new routes into the museums sector relating to career development as well as influence and active participation for communities, especially underrepresented groups.

Salary £26,500 – £32,500 depending on experience, (pro-rata 30 hour week: £21,200 – £26,000). Full time 37.5 hours per week (though would consider 30 hours per week). This is a permanent hybrid role where you will be based in Krowji with the flexibility of some home working. You’ll be entitled to 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time working).
