Facilities Manager – Burton Constable Foundation

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join the team at Burton Constable.

Burton Constable Hall – an Elizabethan mansion house with collections, Georgian stables and Capability Brown parkland was saved for the nation in 1992 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.  It has over seven-hundred years of fascinating history and, more importantly, an exciting and inspiring vision for its long-term future.

As Facilities Manager, you will ensure that buildings and facilities at Burton Constable are well looked after, well maintained and compliant.

You will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance of all buildings and facilities.  No two days are the same at Burton Constable, so your approach to office based and hands on tasks will need to be flexible and adaptable.  The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Salary: £23,776 (+£4,160 standby allowance) per annum

Hours:  37.5 hours per week

Accommodation is provided on site in the 18^th Century, three-bedroomed Hatfield Cottage.
