General Manager – Fleetwood Museum Trust

Fleetwood Museum Trust is looking for a General Manager to join us working at one of Lancashire coast’s most unique museums and heritage sites.

If you are passionate about bringing coastal, social and industrial heritage to life, inspiring the public and delivering a great visitor experience then this post is for you. This role leads the site team and is responsible for the management of the site including an assistant, volunteers, operations, collections facilities and income generation. It is also responsible for delivering a high quality visitor experience at the site including tours, special events, exhibitions and facilitating group and school visits. The post will lead on major developments on the site.

This is a permanent post based at Fleetwood Museum in Fleetwood. The hours are 37 hours per week including occasional weekends and Bank Holidays subject to events.
