We are currently looking for a Head of Learning Development to lead the strategic development and delivery of our ambitious and entrepreneurial programme for schools, colleges, universities, families, communities and adults.
Working for the Director of Knowledge & Engagement you will lead and support the team delivering outstanding Shakespeare formal and informal educational programmes for all ages including excellent family, community based and outreach learning programmes, ensuring our collections and knowledge base are embedded in this work.
It is an exciting time to join the Trust as we recover from the pandemic and look boldly towards the future, seeking to develop new and innovative learning programmes to grow the audience for learning activity, including maximising the opportunities presented by digital technologies.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of leading teams to develop, plan and deliver strategic learning programmes, possess experience of evaluating learning programmes for a range of audiences and enjoy working collaboratively in partnership with diverse stakeholders within the organisation and externally.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and influence, experienced managing budgets and making financial and commercial decisions, a strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and used to working to deadlines.
