We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications to provide an ambitious, creative vision for the Trust, spanning marketing, communications, PR and advocacy, audience insight and digital media.
Working for the Director of Visitor Experience and Business Development you will be responsible for developing and leading an influential international and national combined marketing and communications strategy enabling the organisation to achieve its objectives including, driving physical and digital audiences, building awareness and engagement amongst our stakeholders and embedding consistently excellent communications across everything we do.
It is an exciting time to join the Trust as we recover from the pandemic and look boldly towards the future, seeking to freshly energise our activity in a dynamic context, exploring new approaches to innovation and developing partnerships, and this new role will be heavily involved in driving the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in senior marketing/communications or PR roles within the cultural or not-for-profit sector. You will be used to managing a diverse portfolio of products and services, increasing brand value, leading campaigns for consumer marketing, communications and digital platforms and be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
You will be a talented communicator for messaging within and outside the organisation, an experienced media operator with contacts and networks who could support us to deepen the reach and amplify the Trust’s voice, used to stakeholder relations and managing external agencies and consultants. You will be comfortable with CRM systems and working with audience insight data, and utilising it to drive audience engagement and develop plans.
