The National Lottery Heritage Fund is the largest funder of the UK’s heritage. The projects we fund create lasting and positive change for people and communities and we believe that heritage has a crucial role to play in contributing to a more equal society.
We are recruiting for a full time Head of Museums, Libraries and Archives Policy on a permanent contract based in any of the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s offices across the UK.
This role is a unique opportunity to provide policy leadership for the Heritage Fund’s work across museums, libraries and archives, ensuring the Fund’s work is evidence-led, responding to identified needs and delivering real impact across the UK. Based in the Heritage Fund’s UK-wide policy team you will be our senior policy professional and lead advocate for museums, libraries and archives, leading high-level relationships, developing and articulating policy to government and leading our relationships across sectors, partners and stakeholders, actively shaping the funding landscape and strategic opportunities for museums, libraries and archives.

Location: Flexible, based in any of the Fund’s offices across the UK able to sustain frequent travel to London
