Head of Operations – Sulgrave Manor

The successful candidate will lead a broad range of activities focusing on the successful delivery of our visitor operations and experience, expanding our volunteer programme, managing our regular opening, planning and delivering family friendly events and ensuring the success of our retail and catering operations.

Working closely with colleagues they will play a key part in the growth of our friendly and ambitious organisation as we raise our profile and make new partnerships.

We are committed to the training and development of all our staff, and are pleased for them when that means they move on to more senior positions elsewhere. This year, as a result of such movement, we have restructured and will be recruiting into a number of roles as we prepare for the 2024 season. This senior role will play a vital part in shaping the team for the future.
