The Charleston Trust are seeking a Head of Operations and Visitor Experience to create a welcoming and exceptional visitor experience at Charleston and to lead on the care and management of our site and offices.

The post holder will manage two visitor managers, who support a team of visitor assistants and volunteers, ensuring that Charleston has the operational infrastructure required to run a year-round cultural attraction that helps us to grow audiences and income.

The Head of Operations and Visitor Experience is a senior management role and will report to the Director of Finance and Enterprises. This position is a key strategic role and will contribute to the leadership and development of Charleston.

Salary range is £30 – £35k depending on experience.
