Marketing & Events Manager – Burton Constable

Burton Constable – an Elizabethan mansion house with collections, Georgian stables and Capability Brown parkland was saved for the nation in 1992 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund. It has over seven-hundred years of fascinating history and, more importantly, an exciting and inspiring vision for its long-term future.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing and Events Manager to play a crucial role in the development of the operational team and visitor experience at Burton Constable.

As Marketing and Events Manager, you will drive and develop the marketing and communications programme to continue to raise the profile of Burton Constable, and to lead the Visitor Services team in welcoming and delivering a quality experience to all visitors.

You will be responsible for delivering and developing the annual programme of onsite events, including outdoor cinema, craft fairs, classic car rallies and a range of children’s activities during school holidays.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven, able to lead a team and to develop and maintain effective partnerships and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
