Marketing Manager – Eden Camp Modern History Museum

Role Summary:

To oversee the smooth running and operational function of the Museum. To ensure a high level of customer service and high standards within all areas. Be a member of the management team and contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation in line with its aims and objectives.

Key accountabilities:

This role is accountable for:

A. To oversee the delivery, and reporting of performance, of marketing aspects of the strategic plan acting as the lead manager to prioritise and assess areas of work.

B. Being an engaged member of the management team and driving an inclusive, positive, and high-performing culture across the Museum.

C. The delivery of excellent operational standards throughout the organisation.

D. Identifying and developing opportunities for business development and commercial growth.

Salary: £32,000-34,000 depending on experience
