Job purpose

An exciting new opportunity has arisen at The Panacea Museum for a dynamic and highly motivated museum professional with management skills to help lead and shape the Museum.

The museum tells the story of the Panacea Society – a remarkable religious community formed in the early twentieth century.

The key objectives of the role will be to:

• Develop (for Trustees’ consideration) a new strategy for the museum
• Lead, motivate and manage the museum team
• Implement and deliver the museum’s objectives
• Deliver an excellent visitor experience
• Deliver effective budget management and business planning.
