Museums Partnership Officer – Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Full time
Term: Fixed term to 31 March 2026
Location: Chatham Historic Dockyard, Kent

We are looking for a keen Museums Partnership Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of our National Portfolio Programme funded by Arts Council England (ACE). Our National Portfolio Programme is delivered through the Kent Medway Museum Partnership (KMMP).
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills, particularly in data collation and reporting, client relationship management skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. Experience working within the creative, cultural heritage or charity sector is desirable but not essential and full training and support will be made available.
The role will be based at The Historic Dockyard Chatham, but the successful candidate will be required to travel within Kent on an ad hoc basis.
The successful candidate will be able to manage budgetary reporting and the collation and interpretation of qualitative data. The candidate will be expected to accurately interpret ACE guidance and regulation to ensure the KMMP adhere to the ACE funding agreement.
