Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the NPHT’s small but dynamic team to help implement an important phase of our work including consolidation of our permanent display offer at the Heritage Centre and the National Spinal Injuries Centre, alongside an exciting engagement and learning programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, oversight of the engagement and learning programme (including line management of the Learning Officer), volunteer management and the delivery of the Digital Explorations Project, funded by the Rothschild Foundation.

The Role reports directly to the CEO. Due to the operational aspects of this role, some onsite working is required, with the possibility of remote working in agreement with the CEO. There will be occasional weekend and out-of-hours commitments related to the public programme.

Person Summary

We are looking for a self-starter, who can hit the floor running who enjoys working for a small organisation, has excellent people and facility management skills, alongside the ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and volunteers. They should be educated to degree level or have an equivalent professional qualification or experience.
