We are looking to recruit a Business and Development Manager who is ready to use their skills to help deliver the step change transformation from a largely volunteer led museum to an entrepreneurial, vibrant, independent, and sustainable charity which has access, diversity and excellence at its heart, and which offers visitors a world-class experience.

The person appointed will be responsible for the management of the Museum and for planning the development of the Museum. They will be jointly responsible with the Board for the strategic direction and overall performance of the Trust and Museum.

The person appointed will be supported by an excellent team of Trustees, staff and volunteers and will be working closely with our many partners to deliver our joint vision.
