We are currently looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support the Head of Business Change and Delivery to ensure that project governance standards are adhered to for all Programmes and Project. 

It is an exciting time to join the Trust as having faced into the challenges caused by the pandemic and implemented a phased recovery plan we are now looking boldly towards the future.

As PMO Analyst, you will support the overall project management office function for the Trust, providing coordination, analysis and delivery of PMO activities, and maintaining a uniform and high-performing approach to project and programme management support.

Other responsibilities includes: helping to drive effectiveness in delivery by enhancing processes, prioritisation, resource and capacity planning, financial reporting, minute taking, project analysis, business planning and governance of the change framework.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience working in a Programme/Portfolio office, and possess experience of the project delivery lifecycle in equivalent sized organisations. You will be ICT literate with effective drafting and writing skills and possess excellent interpersonal skills for fostering good relations with staff, stakeholders and Trustees.

Experience and good knowledge of a PPM tool and MS project, and a P30, Prince2 qualification or equivalent would be desirable.
