Job purpose

This outreach role has been identified for progressing the Trust’s plans for our museum redevelopment which will see the biggest transformation of the museum and garden in its 40-year history. Exciting plans are underway to develop the museum to improve the visitor experience through a new outreach programme, re-imagined displays, new facilities and improved access.

We are very proud of our Museum – which enjoys the support of a dedicated volunteer workforce – and want to encourage more, and new, visitors to this ‘hidden gem’ within the town. It is integral to the success of the Museum that by working with and developing closer links with the community within St Andrews and North East Fife this is achieved.
