Senior Visitor Services Officer – Hastings Museum & Art Gallery

As Senior Visitor Services Officer you will be integral to making the museum even more welcoming to the diverse communities of Hastings. You will lead a small team committed team to deliver a high-quality visitor experience. Your previous experience of leading teams in a visitor-facing organisation will be central to success in this role.

As a key member of our museum leadership team, you will work with colleagues to ensure our visitor experience is as good as it can be, standards of safety and security are maintained, and income opportunities are maximised. The successful candidate will split their time between working front of house on rota alongside their team with office-based duties.

Salary: £21,269 to £24,920 per annum

Location: Hastings, East Sussex

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Evenings/Full Time/Weekends

Hours: 37 hours per week.
