Trust Administrator – Greenfield Valley

Location: Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, Flintshire

The Greenfield Valley Trust, based near Holywell in North Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and motivated self-starter to support the Board as a self-employed Trust Administrator.
The role is to ensure that the Trust’s business, including the calling and recording of Board meetings, is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, that the Trust’s records are maintained and organised online and that all legal requirements for the Trust are met. Attendance at meetings will be required as part of the role which cannot be carried out solely online.
This work is offered as a part-time contract, for a fixed hourly rate to be agreed but assumed to be in the range of £15- £20 per hour dependent on experience and including all expenses. The appointed individual will be responsible for all tax, national insurance etc. and will be expected to be based at home.
