Are you passionate about visitor experience?
If so, you will join the team at an exciting time as we undertake the redevelopment of Hereford Museum and Art Gallery and reorganise the service. We are working to re-establish strong relationships with the people and communities of Herefordshire and embed inclusivity and community involvement at the heart of how we work.
As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you will work directly with visitors to help them get the most from their visit. You will support income generating activities by encouraging shop sales, upselling and donations.
This post is being offered as a job share. The successful candidate will be expected to work one week on and one week off. Your on week rota will be for 18 hours 30 minutes and include weekend working.
