Visitor Experience Manager – The Historic Dockyard Chatham

Delivering an excellent experience to all our visitors is at the heart of what we aim to achieve. We are looking to recruit a Visitor Experience Manager who will lead our Visitor Experience team to deliver excellent service to all our visitors.
From guided tours of a submarine through to demonstrations of ropemaking, this is a varied and exciting role that will not only lead our highly experienced Visitor Experience team to continue to deliver to an incredibly high standard, but also identify improvements to our core visitor experience that make a visit to The Historic Dockyard Chatham one to remember for years to come.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a visitor experience in a busy, diverse attraction, have a passion for excellence and inspire teams to achieve.
