Visitor Experience Officer – Powell-Cotton Museum

We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated visitor experience professional to help us create memory-making visits. Core to our operational team, you’ll be planning and delivering captivating events, all while championing accessibility and inclusion. Working at a site encompassing a museum, grade II listed house and beautiful gardens, with your team, you will run a program of inspiring open days throughout the year that our visitors will love. You’ll develop our retail offer to ensure it reflects our values, enhances the visit and provides essential income for our charitable organisation.
