Volunteer Coordinator – National Football Museum

We’re England’s only national museum for football. We exist to house and harness the power of football, to share stories that influence, to showcase culture and involve and motivate people to creatively engage. Join us at this exciting time as we deliver our Football Creates strategy, focusing on harnessing the creative power of football to improve wellbeing.
As part of our upcoming Arts Council England funded Football Creates programme, we are looking to recruit a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team.
The Volunteer Coordinator will coordinate the recruitment and management of volunteers. They will facilitate the development of the volunteer programme at the National Football Museum through creating and delivering a Volunteer Strategy and liaising with colleagues to ensure a positive and tailored experience for all volunteers at both the main museum site in Manchester and the Museum Resource Centre in Preston.
Salary: £29,221 – £34,382 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until March 2026 (linked to NPO funding)
