The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day volunteer management and support engagement and learning.

The Role reports directly to the CEO requiring some onsite working. There will be occasional weekend and out-of-hours commitments related to the public programme.

Person summary:

We are looking for a self-starter, who can hit the floor running who enjoys working for a small organisation, has excellent people and engagement management skills, alongside the ability to build great relationships with stakeholders. They should be educated to degree level or have an equivalent professional qualification or relevant experience.
