Weston Loan Programme Evaluation Consultant – Art Fund

The Weston Loan Programme with Art Fund (WLP) empowers regional and smaller museums to borrow works of art of outstanding quality and significance from national and major lending institutions. It increases access to notable objects, shares resources across the country and brings lasting benefits to borrowers, lenders and audiences.

We would like to commission an external evaluator to capture, examine and demonstrate the impact of the programme across this third phase of delivery. In addition, we intend to broaden the scope to focus on the overall impact and legacy of 10 years of this terrific partnership. We plan to celebrate the successes of all participating museums at a major sector event in 2027; this would be informed by the evaluation process and findings.
