Lucy brings decades of museum sector experience including serving on the development teams of two Museum of the Year award-winning institutions. She holds Chartered Management Consultant status, the highest accreditation in the field, and is a Professional Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and SFEDI-approved Social Enterprise advisor. Lucy is certified to use a range of psychometrics to support better communication and collaboration and enhance personal effectiveness.
As well as individual museums, Lucy’s recent clients include: Museum Development Midlands, Museum Development South West and Arts Council England. Lucy is proud to be an AIM Aspire mentor and to serve as a museum Trustee.
