We are looking for an experienced project manager who has excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of negotiation, in particular with commercial leases and/ or developers. You will have the ability to work with a volunteer Board to develop a Business Plan, Fundraising Strategy and a development phase application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. You will be willing to work with and collaborate with other consultants, specialists and experts on the project.

A grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund has given us funding to enable the Museum to deliver our project – First steps in securing the future of the Hovercraft Museum. This project is an important step for the Museum providing support to help us to deliver our vision to provide a world-class museum telling the ongoing story of the Hovercraft in a way that captivates, inspires, and educates people. The Heritage Fund grant enables us the opportunity to offer the Project Manager consultancy contract to support this aim.
