Summary:
This role is responsible for providing an exceptional visitor welcome for our rural arts charity near Presteigne. Support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund is enabling us to extend our public days during our 2025 visitor season to open on Sundays. We currently open April through September, Wed to Sat.
Role Description:
We’re looking for a Visitor Experience Assistant, weekends, to support extending our opening days during our season to open on Sundays, providing an exceptional visitor welcome and supporting varied project activities and data gathering. You’ll be part of a dynamic and hardworking team supported by a committed group of volunteers.
Candidates will have experience of working or volunteering directly with the public, have excellent customer service skills and be motivated to get involved across the range of our activities from heritage to environment. You will need to be available to work on weekends and be able to travel to our rural location independently.
